1.The sale prices and discounts on all goods are subject to the information currently displayed on this website.
2.All goods are in HKD as the checkout currency unit.
3.You must complete the information on the online billing form to conduct online transactions.
4.The Company will make final confirmation and arrange for delivery as soon as possible after receiving your order information according to the availability of the goods.
5.The Company reserves the right to change the price of the Goods without notice and all orders are subject to the Company’s sole discretion and confirmation of the order based on stock availability.
6.All orders are non-returnable and non-returnable after online transaction is completed. Please note that once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed. If necessary please do contact us but we reserve all rights.
7.After your online transaction is completed, we will send the purchase receipt to your e-mail box by email, but all orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods.
8.Additional orders or combined orders are not accepted for all orders of the Company and each order is arranged for separate shipping.
9.Upon confirmation of the order, the Company reserves the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if you are notified of the change of address during the delivery of the goods.
10.All orders are subject to final confirmation subject to availability of the relevant goods. If the Company is unable to provide any of the goods on your order, we will notify you by telephone or email to arrange a refund.
11.You must inspect the goods ordered for damage when receiving the goods. If the goods are found to be damaged (including damage during transportation, abnormalities in the product, excluding intentional damage), please notify the Company within 2 days to arrange for a replacement of the goods. We reserve all rights after viewing photos provided.
12.Order processing takes time. We will ensure that the goods are delivered to the address as soon as possible according to the address you provide. You will usually receive goods within 3-5 working days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays). If no package is received within 5 days, please contact us.
13.In the event of any dispute arising from a refund or return, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
14.The Company will not be liable or indemnified for any failure to accurately provide the goods or services you require due to force majeure reasons (including, but not limited to, due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any circumstances beyond our control).
15.You must acknowledge that the content provided on the Site, including but not limited to.. text, files, music, sound files, photographs, videos, graphics or advertising content is limited to your viewing only.
16.These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong.
